Client Update Information – January 16, 2024

Drop Off Information:
The outside glass doors of the Saxon Square building are open 6am – 7pm seven days a week. If you are
choosing to drop off after office hours, we have a client drop box to the right hand side of the office
door. Above the client drop box, we have a wall hanger with large envelopes to put your items into. You
can do this anytime the building is open and our office is closed for the day.
Administrative Items:
  • Changes – Please let us know if there are any changes to your Address, Marital Status or
Dependents, for the 2023 tax returns.

  • Client Organizers – are a helpful tool to prevent missing items on your tax return. It prompts
you to make sure we receive all of your tax documents. Please contact us, if you would like a

  • Pick up/Drop off – We will be utilizing Tuesdays and Thursdays as pick up days.

    situation.
  • Status of refunds – We cannot provide a status of your refund for Federal or State. For Federal
